Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance or the retainer is forfeit. 10 minute late policy and your appointment may be cancelled or a lesser service provided to accommodate the shortened
appointment time. No call/no show will result in no future bookings. I'm an understanding person so communication is key.
